Thank you for visiting my website.
My vision for you is a HEALTHIER YOU no matter what your present health status or weight.
I want to enable you to more effectively chase and achieve your personal goals and life purpose.
Sadly, many people never achieve their goals and life purpose, often due to chronic disease and lack of energy.
Recent Gallup research estimated that 23% of full-time employees always or often feel burned out.
A Public Library of Science (PLoS) systematic review showed that burnout predisposes people to high cholesterol, type II diabetes, heart disease, musculoskeletal pain, headaches, digestive issues and respiratory problems and many more conditions and diseases. Early death (below 45 years) is much more likely too.
The above need not be a fact of your life. We know this since very low rates of these conditions and diseases have been achieved without medication or expensive medical care. The above mentioned review states that "their rates have been historically extremely low in developing countries with few medical facilities".
Why? Since a healthy diet and regular physical exercise are the most powerful tools to prevent disease. The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that most diseases, including 80% of heart disease, stroke and type II diabetes and 40% of cancer could be avoided this way.
Yet, in this fast paced world with its focus on quick fixes, people often rush to get medicated or take a lot of supplementation, follow restrictive diets and eat so-called "super foods".
My advice would be to stop wasting your money. Even worse, don't be fooled, whilst you may achieve short-term gains, you can develop long term ills following these routes.
Let me guide you with a more natural approach.
My training as a nutritional therapist (Plaskett College, UK) combined with 10 years' experience of working with people has enabled me to understand that there is no "magic bullet", whether supplement or food. There is also no "perfect diet" that suits all.
Instead, I work with you to provide you with a unique, individual approach that will help your body to heal and make you less reliant on medication and supplements.
If you choose me to work with me, know that I work in a collaborative way. I don't want you to outsource your health to me. I want you to be involved in the process of getting healthier.
Best results are achieved if you are motivated to understand how your body works and prepared to give up foods and habits that make you sick (note it is NOT always what you think!) You should be willing to experiment and observe your response to gain an understanding of what works best for you. Come with a good dose of open-mindedness since I will be shattering many health myths and trends.
Ultimately, by working with me, you will learn to understand what your body needs whilst learning and implementing new eating and lifestyle habits. We will be working together to ultimately give you more control over your health and weight – not only for now, but going forward.
Take up the responsibility for your health today and feel the difference!
I will be happy to help you.
